How to display file metadata in different colors?

File metadata in Sdir is displayed in color. In a default display, the file name is colored based on information about the file, but individual file metadata is displayed in color based on the type of metadata. Colors used for different metadata can be changed, or can be configured to apply the file's default color instead.

Metadata colors can be set via the SDIR_COLOR_METADATA environment variable. This takes the form of a semicolon delimited list of metadata and color specifiers. For example, to display the creation time in red, specify "set SDIR_COLOR_METADATA=ct,red".
